This Agreement has entered into force upon being approved electronically between EO Web Studio (hereinafter referred to as the 'Seller') on one side and the Customer who purchases digital services through this platform (hereinafter referred to as the 'Buyer') on the other side.
The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale, delivery, and price of web design, software development, consulting, or hosting/maintenance services sold by the Seller to the Buyer.
The service subject to the Agreement is performed digitally in accordance with the specifications specified by the Buyer in the order details. The delivery time is as long as the period specified in the selected package or agreed upon by the parties in writing. Disruptions caused by the Buyer's delay in providing necessary information, visuals, or passwords will be added to the delivery period.
Service fees are calculated according to the amount and VAT rate specified in the order form and collected by credit card, debit card, or Bank Transfer/EFT. The Seller reserves the right not to start service execution before the payment is completed.
All card payment transactions are carried out under 256-bit SSL encryption and 3D Secure assurance with the infrastructure of payment institutions licensed by the BRSA (iyzico, PayTR). The Buyer's credit card information is never kept or processed on the Seller's servers.
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Commerce, and Consumer Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul are authorized in disputes above this value.
