Within the scope of the Law on Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun No. 6502, services performed instantly (web design, software development, coding, and digital licenses) that are prepared in accordance with the Buyer's request or clearly personal needs and are not suitable for return are exempted from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, refunds are not possible once the service execution (design or software process) has commenced.
The Buyer has the right to cancel their order before the preparation and design process of the ordered service starts. In this case, 100% of the paid fee will be refunded to the Buyer in the same way as the payment method (transfer or card).
After the refund approval, refund transactions are initiated by the Seller within 7 business days. The reflection of the refunded amount on the Buyer's bank/credit card account may take 1-14 business days depending on the processing times of the relevant bank. Bank commission and transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Revisions requested during or after the service are carried out within the scope of the selected package or additional revision rights. Revisions exceeding the package scope or changing the main structure are subject to an additional fee and do not constitute a reason for refund/cancellation.
